Faculty Development for Neurodiversity
Objective
To promote faculty development by improving the understanding of neurodiversity and neuro-affirming teaching and learning practices, enabling faculty to better understand and support neurodiverse students and students with hidden disabilities.
WP3 main results:
1. Three Faculty Training Online Modules on Neurodiversity and Inclusive Pedagogy
Providing structured learning on neurodiversity fundamentals, teaching adaptations, and best practices for inclusive instruction.
2. Neurodiversity Faculty Development Handbook
A comprehensive guide including research-based strategies, real-world case studies, and actionable tools for faculty development.
3 Case Study Repository
Showcasing successful neurodiversity-inclusive teaching practices to offer real-life applications for faculty development.
4. Improved institutional policies in all partner HEIs
Implementing neurodiversity-informed faculty development programs based on WP3 outcomes.
Results will be available for download once they will be ready (expected date – end of September, 2027).
