The aim

of the project is to create a sustainable and inclusive higher education environment that effectively supports and enhances the educational experiences of neurodiverse students and students with hidden disabilities. This will be achieved through a multifaceted approach encompassing neuro-affirming pedagogical strategies, faculty development and supportive environments.
The project is structured around three core pillars: the advancement of neuro‑affirming teaching practices, the strengthening of faculty capacity to engage with neurodiversity, and the promotion of awareness and community involvement. Complementing these pillars are cross‑cutting elements focused on effective project management and ensuring long‑term dissemination and sustainability, together forming a comprehensive framework for meaningful and lasting impact.
